Get to Know the 2023 Honda Pilot Trim Levels

Honda Pilot LX

The 2023 Honda Pilot LX is the base trim level starting around $35,950. It comes with a front-wheel-drive, but you can upgrade to an all-wheel-drive. In addition, this entry-level trim is fully loaded with Honda Sensing. These high-tech features include automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, forward collision warning, and lane-departure warning with assist. 

It also includes lane-keeping assist, automatic high beams, and adaptive cruise control. You'll also see traffic sign recognition in this trim level. In addition, traffic Jam Assist keeps you in your lane when driving in congestion at speeds below 45 mph. 

This trim comes with 18-inch alloy wheels, and features LED headlights that turn on and off automatically, variable intermittent front wipers, rear privacy glass, and a rear wiper/washer. You'll also get the Smart Entry key fob. You can lock or unlock the door by touching the front door handles. You can also unlock the tailgate by touching it. Finally, push the button to start once you're inside the car.

Honda Pilot Sport

The next trim level up is the Sport, which starts at around $39,150. One thing to note about the Sport trim is you can't add options. You take this trim as is, or you opt for a higher trim level. The Sport builds on the LX by adding more features. It includes a blind-spot monitor and rear cross-traffic detection. It also offers an Integrated Drive Mode system but includes a Sport setting. In addition, the Sport trim upgrades to 20-inch Shark Gray alloy wheels and features LED fog lights, dual chrome exhaust, and gloss black roof rails.

The cabin has a 10-way power seat with a power lumbar for the driver. Both front seats are heated. All three rows in the Pilot have climate control. Each one is able to select their own temperature. It also has a leather-wrapped tilt/telescoping steering wheel.

Honda Pilot EX-L

The Honda Pilot EX-L starts at $41,950. In the EX-L trim, you can select captains chairs for your second-row seating. This trim offers heated side mirrors with reverse tilt down and memory, a power liftgate, and an acoustic windshield. It includes additional safety features like front and rear parking sensors and low-speed braking control. The infotainment touchscreen is nine inches and features a wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, SiriusXM satellite radio, HD Radio, and CabinTalk.

Honda Pilot TrailSport

The Honda Pilot TrailSport starts at around $48,350 and gives the Pilot off-road capability. Its advanced AWD system is standard and features variable torque distribution that can channel up to 70% of the engine's torque to the rear axle and 100% to either rear wheel. It has an off-road suspension, increasing ground clearance by one inch. It comes with all-terrain tires. It also comes with a multi-camera TrailWatch system. This provides several live views. It also has a front camera washer.

Honda Pilot Touring

The Pilot Touring level starts at $46,450. This trim level offers a removable second-row center seat. It stows below the cargo bay floor to allow easy access. In addition, the Touring level adds gloss-black roof rails, a panoramic glass moonroof, a hands-free power liftgate, a Smart Key entry at all four doors, and ambient LED interior lighting.

Honda Pilot Elite

The Pilot Elite is the top-of-the-line trim and starts at $52,030. It offers front-ventilated seating to circulate air through the leather upholstery. It has a head-up display that projects essential vehicle and navigation information onto the windshield. It also comes with rain-sensing wipers that turn on at the hint of precipitation. In addition, the Elite comes with all-wheel drive and auto-dimming side mirrors.
