What's New for the 2021 Honda Insight?

Instead of the LaneWatch Camera for the EX and Touring trims, the 2021 Honda Insight receives a Blind Spot Monitor that lights up on the external mirrors. Also new is Cross-Traffic Alert that warns of intrusions into your path as you back out. A new exterior color also arrives: Radiant Red Metallic.

Helpful Tech

When you go into reverse around Portsmouth, OH, the Multi-Angle Rearview Camera lets you choose from top-down, wide, and normal views to see around you. When you want a cabin that's either pre-cooled or pre-heated before you and your passengers arrive, activate Remote Engine Start, which runs the climate system.

Trim Options

Your three trim choices for the 2021 Honda Insight start with the LX, which includes a Three-Mode Drive System. Moving to the EX gets you smartphone integration with the infotainment system. At the top, Touring rewards you with heated front seats, leather upholstery, and a one-touch power moonroof with tilt.

Awards for Safety

Two of the many awards granted to the Honda Insight relate to safety: the 2019 Five-Star Overall Vehicle Rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the 2020 Top Safety Pick+ from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The vehicle also won 2019 Green Car of the Year from the LA Auto Show.
